Pressure-resistant explosion-proof container semi-automatic filling machine
This is a semi-automatic liquid filling machine compatible with IBC containers/metal containers that can be used in hazardous locations. Containers can also be loaded directly with a forklift.
Our container filling machines are composed of equipment certified for explosion-proof use in Japan, allowing for safe operation even in hazardous locations (non-explosion-proof models are also available). The cylinder-type filling valve is easy to disassemble and clean, ensuring excellent sanitary conditions. The wetted parts include diaphragm valves made of stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L) and all-PTFE (PTFE/PFA) options. Both hardware and software are designed and manufactured in-house, enabling customization to meet customer needs. We can also manufacture upstream and downstream transport devices, contributing to labor-saving and efficiency in factories. Additionally, we offer a combined type for both drum and container filling. This is ideal for customers with small lot and diverse production needs, or those with space constraints for filling.
